One of my local turkish friend in Uzumlu has offered to show us how to make traditional wine.

If you are interested in learning this, pls contact me for further details and i will organise have this lesson in the next 10 days.

Hi Neylan.
I know this is a long shot, but could you find out if your friend has a Grape Press please?
Over the last 3 or 4 years I have tried to find one here in Turkey. Each year I have over 100 lbs of grapes which mostly go to waste, as I have found hand pressing / crushing is not very satisfactory when trying to make decent wine.

hi farmer,
i know what you meant but they use very primitive type by hands or mostly by feet :)...my trecking friends are going to somewhere every year to get trainee, i will ask them for you and reply asap.
