Hi,
2011 Mushroom Fest of Yesil Uzumlu will be on 8th - 10th April...Your thoughts and also the wishes are very important for the committee...that will be so useful to improve and to be better every each year...my opinion is always to make our best...many new activities can be...surely mushroom hunting will be the main one again...but i will be glad to get your ideas too...
i am looking forward to hearing you as soon as possible, thanks about all your kind interests...

my daughter said she will help out with anything that needs to be done ,she helped last year and really enjoyed it ,so just let me know,also i would like to book a stall for the school ,we had one last year and raised 800 lira ,also everyone that helped had a lovely time ,cant wait.

The web site is being updated for this years itinerary, but some great pictures from last year,also an insight about the other activities taking place (besides the mushrooms Tinks

) I think the festival is about promoting our Beautiful village of Uzumlu, :Pnot just about a few morels which depend on the right conditions to raise their heads above the ground

Some people from Uzumlu rent their spare bedrooms to the festival visitors as bed & breakfast. Fee was 30 TL/pp last year that I heard.
