The silence is odd Rob, I'm usually fed up of the Uzumlu rival restaurant plugs on here :D

Hi Rob Just seen your post.
A few places in Uzumlu to eat/ chill out (3 if my favourites)

a) Wine bar ---good food/atmosphere and not far from Dolmus station on Wednesday they do prices 2 for 1 --Saturday special menus

b) Grape garden---good food and can be likened to English pub with Turkish food, great atmosphere

c) Cadianda --- good food, and sitting in the garden very relaxing

Really good service in all and prices reasonable.
hope this helps 8) C

I think the Winehouse takes some beating for good food and atmosphere
Sener and ian will make you feel most welcome, why not come along to the quiznight on Tuesday, always packed and great fun ;)
or Wednesday night they do a special two for one menu ;)
