Fethiye long term property lets: New group set up on Facebook to assist property owners to let there property long term plus to assist prospective expats access the market free of charge, as more and more expats are renting rather than purchasing property rental availability is in short supply, please feel free to register on the Facebook group we are in urgent need of properties.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have already joined this group on FB, it's a very good idea but at the moment quite a lot of the properties are taken from Sahibinden.com. It would be good if more owners advertised their long term lets direct in this group.

Is 6 months (Start of October to end of March) regarded as "long term"?
