Long term Turkish residency permit

Hi, spotted this today.

This has been seen before, however the only place at the moment,(as I understand it) which is doing this is Ankara or Alanya, not sure which.
It has been forecasted/rumoured that Fethiye should be implementing it sometime in 2015, don't hold your breath.

Our friends , in Antalya,have recently applied for a long term residency permit. They have received a letter, from Ankara, informing them that they have been accepted for the permit and that they will be informed ,sometime in the future, probably next year, when their application has been finalised.
