Renewed visa today

Hi I renewed our visa's today for 8th October till Nov 5th I have a question On the e visa it says valid till  Apr 2019 is this how they do it just cant get my head round it

Your visa is valid for 180 days from the date you specified as the arrival date.

Your visa entitles you to spend 90 days, in total, in Turkey, within the 180 days (dates) specified on the visa, so you could have several short holidays on the same visa as long as your last stay doesn't end after the April 2019 date. Your arrival and departure days are counted as days in Turkey. Enjoy your holiday.
