I have recently had my computer mended and was told by the man who repaired it of a scam where someone acquires a list of thousands of email addresses and sends half of them results of a big match,half get win and half lose. They then send the half who win the same again and this continues for some weeks so that eventually some people have won for a number of weeks. They then write a message saying that if any further result predictions are wanted they must send a payment and have been very successful with people handing over money.
