Is anyone running on Windows 8?
There is an upgrade on the Windows website for £25.
Is it worth the swap?

I'm running it. I like it but you will have to be fairly technical & VERY patient, it's a world away from anything Microsoft have done before & squarely aimed at the tablet market. Personally I would stay with W7 Pro unless you really like to experiment & have lots of time to do so.

I have it and like it. I think it's an ideal solution for the more casual computer user as it provides very easy access to the main tools you use (email, web etc). It does take a few hours of getting use to.

The only frustration I have with it is when I want to do something more technical (manage program's, open control panel etc) as ot clear ow ou did that (as o start menu like old versions). Once I found the search facility though (move mouse to top right) it all became clear
