Residence Permit documents and cosst 2015

Hello,
In 2004 I were working as the forign police menager in Fethiye and written information about how to get residence permit.

Here is the new basic clear info about Residence Permit.
Residence Permit 2015

A-   What documents do you need to apply for residence?

1-   Passport

2-   Your old residence card. (If you have one)


3-   2 photos

4-   Documents showing your adress according to your situation:

a-   If you are living at a hotel, a document from the hotel.
b-   If you are living in a house, a rental contract attested by notary.
c-   If you are a guest and living at a friend’s house, they need to get your guest papers.
d-   If you are living in a boat, you need a marina contract and translog.

5-   You need to declare your income.

a-   If you are retired you will show your bank account details (showing monthly money transfers)
b-   If you are not retired you need to declare your bank account. You need to have 1200₺ currency per month in your account. For example, for 12 months 14400 ₺. You don’t need to keep money at the bank – the following day you can take all your money out.
c-   If you have a house, the title deed is needed.

6-   Health insurance.
a-   If you are 65+ years old you don’t need health insurance

B-Cost of Residence Permit.
1-   55 TL for Residence card.       (will be paid at Tax Office)
2-   80 $ for 1 year residence tax.             (will be paid at Tax Office)
3-   Health Insurance for one year. Price depends on your age and weight.
Here is a price list of an insurance agency as an example. (YAŞ means age)


       4- Consultancy varies 100-300  TL depending on the service you require.

 Please click on picture ''price list of an insurance agency'' for larger view.
It is adviced to get quotes from different insurance compannies and  get their contracted hospitals list for Fethiye.

Hello,
 
b-   If you are living in a house, a rental contract attested by notary.
At Mugla Residence office Notary attestation is not needed for English and other West Eurepean. For Russian and Arabic citizens they want attestation from notary.
If you apply in Antalya they want notary attestation on rental contract from all applicants.
