Is it true what it says in the booklet" living in Fethiye " that when you manage to get a line the engineer only brings the line to the building, an electrician has to be brought in to actually wire up the phone inside, it wouldn't be allowed in England, i also know things are done differently in Turkey, but a normal phone doesn't have any electrical wires in it, does it? unless it's a cordless one and then you can't use them in a power cut, and we have a few of them don't we.
