hi havernt been to calis for about 3 years but coming back end of week can anyone tell me if its busy? is weather good and has much changed in last three years ie prices etc  cheers

The weather is great.  Still a shorts jobbie in the evening.  Not very busy but I thought typical for September really.  I can't remember what prices were like in June let alone 3 years ago!

We are going to Calis next Friday 16th for 10 days so this is interesting information.

I know that a couple of years ago, we noticed beer had been taxed significantly, but I would guess you can still get a large beer for say £1.50 - £2 ? 

Also as mentioned by others on here, it is worth taking UK pounds and changing it over there ...    much better rate than changing over here.

Depends where you buy your beer! In a shop, about 6 lira, in a bar or restaurant from 9 lira upwards.
