Title: Buying property and paying for military checks.

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice. We are thinking of buying in Calis and are trying to find out the cost of the administration involved with the purchase.  Can anyone tell me how much it costs to get the miliatary  checks done and who pays for them to be completed is it the seller or the buyer, we have heard conflicting information on this. Also can anyone tell us how much tax is payable to the government for the purchase.

Any help wecan get will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

This link should help, although it is a guide and some costs differ property to property (even between two identical properties sometimes), and purchase tax is 4% now not 3.3% anymore.
