That's great news :D

My son's school just had a visit from local boxer Callum Johnson, he allowed the kids to hold his gold medal and answered questions about how he started out as a boxer.

Not sure why he fought for Scotland but he has now become a bit of a hero for the youngers of Boston. :D

he's played football since he was 5 and at 17 just said he's had enough and was going to box, Ive allways been involved in boxing or kick boxing and allways tried to steer him away from it but let him do it thinking he would give up quite quickly how wrong was I. so for him to win a major title within 2 years of starting is quite outstanding long may it last

My son in law is now working as a Doctor with the British Olympic Boxing team.
He has been doing an extensive study on sport impact injuries.
He has found that a supplement of vitamin D is very beneficial to the strengthening of bone's
and reduces hand damage.
He recommends everyone, not just fighters to take this vitamin.

(hope I get a ticket to the games)

not sure when he fights again he has the universaty championships in december but I've let him have a week of as a reward for winning LOL
he's had four fights in 5 weeks which is quite a lot so he deserves a break hope your grand son does well and dont forget in the begining it's the taking part not the winning that counts
