A gunman/woman has opened fire at the Canadian War Memorial outside the Canadian Parliament. Several people have been taken to hospital - at least one with a gunshot wound. Other shots have been heard from the direction of the Parliament building. This follows the Government's raising of terrorist risk levels from Low to Medium and the killing of Muslim convert yesterday apparently after deliberately crashing his car into two soldiers. News is still unclear and unconfirmed.
