AWOL from the NHS
« on: October 27, 2014, 22:38:41 PM »
"More than 800 NHS staff have volunteered to help to treat those infected with Ebola in West Africa".

We are continually told that the NHS is understaffed.

So who sanctioned the 800 being given leave of absence to go to Africa to fight Ebola and who is paying for them ?

It is a shocker. Doesn't make sense at all. But I bet they're looking forward to not being involved in a 'tick box' culture just to meet upper management targets!
