Ah, North Africa is a helpful clue. It is Morocco with the camel at Fort Bou Jeref, and the final one in post #2 at Meknes. Wild guess at the one above that. Might it be Taghazout but it looks a bit like Kapadokya (Urgup).

Well done, you are either well travelled or have a very good cristal ball.  :)  :) Your right about Fort Bou Jeref & Meknes. It was not Taghazout but camping Kaya at Goreme so i''ll give you that one as well.  :)

This a shot of Taghazout.

No, I cheat Don (well I did with the two Moroccan ones). How else was I supposed to locate a young camel in a featureless desert? I am annoyed about saying Urgup when I meant Goreme. If that is the campsite between the panoramic viewpoint below Uchisar and Goreme itself, then I have been there, visiting some people we met when touring Kapadokya - and that guess involved no cheating. The background on your photo reminded me of this one - from the Kelebek Hotel in Goreme.

There's me thinking you were well travelled. Binky the young camel was quite well known to the motorhome fraternity that wintered in Morocco. He must be grown up by now as the pic was taken in 1998?

Care to tell me how you cheat> ;D ;D

Well Don, I'd hate to be responsible for leading you away from the straight and narrow path ... but I might PM you in confidence trusting that you are an honourable person and would not wish to replicate my own deviousness.
