No, not "Ghost Town" by the Specials, "Kayakoy" by David Thornton. I haven't listened to it as I'm watching Dickenson's Real Deal. Kaya Koy was deserted in 1923 and this may have been released to coincide with the Belediye trying to do the same again in 2011
