I've seen them advertised but not gone into it, is it possible to get a mortgage, if so how much would be needed as a deposit, how much would monthly payments be and over what time do they have to be paid back, i am thinking of investing in a ground floor apartment because of my health, i will be getting a lump sum with my pension and in 5years i have another larger lump sum due, obviously the more i borrow the more i have to pay, but a rough guide would do for now.
