Title: Could only happen in Turkey (council tax)

Paid my council tax last week and there was a difference of 10 Lira between mine and my wife,s when i asked them to explain why i was told due to a  extra rubbish bin that i have Access too that she doesn't  

She Quickly  said that i have to put out the rubbish all the time now as i never asked what bin it is that she has not paid for  :D

We paid 113tl on our council tax for our rubbish bin and we don,t have one...We have to take it out with us and dispose of it in the local Hotels,s.

Just paid ours in Koca. 97ytl including water. Council tax 74ytl.

Ok, So I won't complain that ours went up by 38%.:P
