Been told today at Yakif Bank that when paying Medical insurance you must give the required docs for the named person on the account. I had been giving my docs but the account is in my husbands name and I am added as family.They could not find me on the system but as soon as I gave my husbands docs it account came up.

As far as I know you must give the main policyholders Yabanci Kimlik number. Our SGK is in my name and I have had no problem paying using my number but if Eric gives his number, even though he's included on the policy, it does not recognoise him on the system for paymnets.
