Title: Government Guaranteed Sales ?

I have been advised that there are companies that will purchase properties ( with payments over a period of 6 months) with  purchase safeguards guaranteed by the government . Does anyone have any knowledge of this ?

There are companies in the UK that do it but if you read the smallprint, they'll only guarantee 80% of the market value. Probably won't be any different in Turkey. Just dodgier.
