My Residency runs out on the 10th of this month. I am returning to England on the 17th for a couple of weeks.
My questions are. How much is the overstay fine?
Or Can I go to Maise on the 10th and then re-enter on a Tourist visa?

Not sure how much the fine is but yes you can enter on the visa and also it will give you time to sort out your residency.

Put your residency in now for renewal and it's back with 10 days to 2 weeks max.....

The time scale varies, unfortunately.
It has been 3 weeks recently.
I would ask at Passport Polis and if the time given is suitable then rush round and get everything done before the close of business that day.

Went to P P.. They wanted it all today, but I could not get Bank sorted or Tapu/Rental Doc. In time.
So it's a fine or Greece.
I know you get 15 days after residency runs out to renew it. So maybe a bluff at the Airport will work.
Tough call.

Am i right in thinking then that if my 90/180 day visa expires 31st august i can go to meis get a visa and get another 90/180 visa.

You may have to do an overnight in Meis because you would be returning on 31st August.
Just a thought.
