Title: Where to go for Blood Tests
Post by: Bluwise on July 02, 2015, 07:29:10 AM
A friend of ours needs to have a blood test whilst he is here (staying in Ovacik) and then send the results back to his GP.  (He is on a medication that needs monitoring I guess.)   Can anyone tell me where he can get this done please and any idea of cost?

I seem to remember that there is a small Poliklinik in Hisaranu, they could ask there, otherwise Esnaf or Clinics in Fethiye/Calis. Don't know about cost.

There is a Doctor's Surgery just as you are leaving Ovacik and coming into Hisaronu on the right hand side.  The name is in big letters over the door.  I think it is Doctor Toglu.   I have heard he is very good and speaks perfect English.  His wife is a member here "Dutchie"     I am sure he could arrange this for your friend.

The Dr Jacqui refers to is Dr Tolga and has a very good reputation in Ovacik / Hisaronu and is located on the right about 200m before the Olu / Hisaronu roundabout opposite the Ramos hotel. I believe his wife works with him who is English

Sorry, I have seen the sign, just got the name wrong.  I thought his wife was Dutch?
