Post by: Karennina on August 09, 2015, 20:31:22 PM
The last week or so my ipad mini keeps on coming out of a page or website im on and a small message comes up saying there was a problem with this website and the page has reloaded...this can happen over and over sometimes up to 5 or 6 plus times,it is sooo time comsuming and very frustrating, iv looked at my settings and there is nothing glaringly obvious there for me to adjust...Any suggestions would be greatly received   :)

It's probably a failure of your internet connection, this happens to us on a daily basis.

Have you update to the latest IOS? It has been reported as a problem with the previous version. Also deleting cookies and history is reported to clear it for some

Yep, all up to date. Regularly delete cookies & history. We have had this problem for a couple of years, can be very sporadic at times but most days it happens between 7pm & 8pm then again around 11pm.

On eBay and Facebook...are you using the Apps?

You really should do the software update - what's holding you back?

See if you have the same problem on the app. Facebook and eBay are a pig to use without them

It's strange, we have an iPad Air and an iPad 2 which in general work without a hitch but the IPad mini seems to always play up?

That is my conclusion Steve, but not that of TTNET. According to them it's everyone else's fault as usual!
We have just learned to live with it. ;(

I just hate those hut abd muss problems.  Karennina - have you tried moving your keyboard one inch to the left?   ;)
