Title: Tiny Sailing Dinghies

Does anyone have any information on the tiny dinghies that you sometimes see en masse in the bay?
I would like to see one close to with a view to buying one. That is if I can store it in my house.

We've seen them departing from the jetty behind the Marina Boutique (was Marina Vista) hotel in Karagozler - a kids sailing school I think.

There's a sailing club up by the European Diving Centre in Karagozler. It would be worth having a look around that area.

Where is the European diving school in Karagozler? Thought it had gone....

Sorry, I should have said Hotel Daffodil.

EDC have moved their offices to the old doctor's quarter in Fethiye on 501 Sokak. (Should have remembered. Their our tenants.   ;) )

The tiny ones are "Optomists" a basic begginers boat. They also sail out with lasers and toppers too for the more experienced. Its a sailing club but predominately Turkish from what ive been told, so language may pose a barrier.
Sometimes boats for sale in the sun express.
