Which bank gives English at ATM please(hopefully Akbank)..Or can you change tl into English anywhere

Hsbc-some Teb and Ak-bank, the £-sign is usualy marked on the atm.

Akbank in Calis Beach does.  As davybill says, always look for the "£" sign on the front of the machine.
