Those who saw the horrific story of the man who dragged his dog behind his car in Fethiye area should rejoice in his new career. He got himself a job with the Zabita (the dog not the numbskull who 'owned' him)...

Aslan was the dog that spearheaded Hayed's campaign to get the Turkish Animal Rights Law 5199 changed.Calling for a mandatory prison sentence for anyone found guilty of cruelty to any animal.We amassed over 4500 signatures which have now been forwarded to Ankara to join signatures from other petitions collected all over Turkey.
