I took two boxes of cutlery in my suitcase, no problem at all. Obviously if you had carving knives in your handbag they would have a thing or two to say about it lol

Can you tell me how much your safe cost from Spot Shop.

We ar looking to purchase one in June when we go over. Is it a small safe like the ones they have in hotels, etc?

never keep your second keys in the safe.if you lose one key its wery diffocult to open the safe and it will be expensive. thanks.

The reason knives are difficult to get hold of or to buy cheaply in Turkey is because they don't generally use them for eating, therefore they can be hard to find and more expensive than uk. Best bet is to take your own. When we furnished our place, there was no problems with most things, we bought from Erun Spot very reasonable. bits and bobs were bought from the million shop, but knives and bedding, we brought from home!

How much for a 'standard' fridge/freezer please?
