While I think missing out on Mourinho is fairly bad news, I'm warming to this guy.
He tells his players how things are going to be and that is it. He doesn't have a friendly relationship with any player.
He expects them to do what they are told and shut up. Best quote I've read today:
"Why should I waste my time listening to people who are clearly less intelligent than me?"
