not a soup more of a meal and easy to cook.

I love pickled beetroot but I can't get into the idea of having it in soup.

 :) I love Beetroot but I've never tried Borsch  :-\ I may give it a go  :) I'll need something healthy after my Mums bread pudding  :o ;)

i eat the jars of sweet pickled beetroot and got my grandson hooked who is 2yrs he loves it
