Thanks for this interesting topic.

My partner and I have considered the IKEA option, but are concerned that putting the flatpacks together in the sweltering heat would be a mission.

We haven't got the necessary tools to put together a flatpack. Electric drill etc. would be a heavy and pricey backage allowance. Does this guy who offers this service to IKEA put the flatpack together too?

Electric drills readily available  in Fethiye  (try the big diy shop on the road into Fethiye next to the Citreon  showroom) and if you put the air con on then things become a lot more comfortable! I realised this only after painting 2 walls in 35 degrees several years ago!!!!

Yes he will put things together that he delivers. He did with my wardrobes and other items. Very nice guy and very helpful
