We ordered a Tiramasu to be made at a cake shop in Gunlukbasi was 20 tl for a 12 portion which served at least 16 people, had to give 4 hours notice was one of the nicest tiramasu ever. They also make apple pies, brownies, chocolate cakes etc. in different sizes.
There is no name on the shop down the side street across from the Police Station next to the Wella hairdresser sokak 964

I think the name of the shop is Imrem Manti and Cake House, it's owned by a guy called Muzzy and it's his son who does all the cakes. Puma, if you email me will sent you their email address and tel no's
