Definately kilo price.  They had seedless ones in Migfros at 8 lira a kilo!!!
Mind you its normal for this time of year, wait until July and the price will drop to something daft like 25 k a kilo!!!  Don't waste your pennies at the mo, they taste ok but not at there best yet.

Apparently a huge amount of the watermelons on sale in the Fethiye area are from Iran. It'll be interesting to see what happens to the price in the next few days with the "trouble" that's erupted there.
