One of the quotes I got this week was from Tesco.It was exactly DOUBLE my current policy.!!Every little helps.   ;) ;)

Thats mad Kev, Tesco have just quoted me cheaper,i've got full NCB too and mine has gone up too, whats compare the meerkat like Scun, might try that,

Yes - it's very rare that an insurance company would check your previous no claims after an accident if you have already provided written evidence. Even if they did it should show 2 years as that's what is on record ;)

Today's the day I have to tell them I am cancelling. I've been phoning for half an hour. Here is the HONEST set of options on their automated system:

Press 1 to renew or discuss a policy
Press 2 to discuss direct debit or other payment questions.
Press 3 if you wish to cancel an existing policy. Be aware that pressing 3 cuts you off immediately.
