Jermaine Beckford has handed in transfer request in attempt to force through a January move to Newcastle.Will miss his goals but Im sure supporters at Leeds will not miss his attitude.

It's not cut and died yet though. Grayson has said he will only go at the right price and the Toon have not offered enough. As they have said £1.5mil is their final offer I think he could yet go elsewhere or stay with us. Grayson has said he will still be selected (as he was for the Manu game) as long as he is a Leeds Utd player.

Toon need to offer what we want - which is reported as £2m plus.

Villa are now in the running allegedly.

He's just signed a new deal so I guess it won't be a problem. We have no need to sell anyone at present - only those who don't want to play for us.
