My daughter emailed Ross County today to say a huge thank you to everyone at the club for the wonderful season they have given the fans and to say how immensely proud she was to watch her team walk on to the pitch at the Cup Final on Saturday.

Within 40 minutes she had received a reply from George Adams, the Director of Football. from his Blackberry thanking her for her kind words.

I thought that was an extremely nice touch from the club

If it's a small club they probably have the time to contact fans directly, a big club would never have the same opportunities to be in touch with the fans

Ah I see what you mean Jacqui but I was still impressed that the Club, especially the Director of Football, to whom my daughter's email was not personally addressed, took the time to reply and from his phone.
