Seems Terry apologised for being honest. The showdown with Capello never actually happened. When they all met, only Capello spoke.

Sounds to me like everyone pushed Terry to the front, then left him there alone.

Perfect example of why Terry should have remained captain. There is no one else in the group to rally the lads and apparently I have heard he is the one really calling the shots in the changing room as gerrard just doesnt have it in him to be leader.

Hardly, someone who claims to the World's press that there are going to be discussions then sits and says nothing in a room of players who are also sitting saying nothing doesn't sound much like the "natural leader" to me.

I totally agree with you Starman and have always said this, Gerrard is a super player but i don't see him as a leader he's too quiet on the pitch,
JT is a natural leader but sadly he wont be reinstated as Captain, but he is.
