Can anyone give me any information on Sarigerme. I fancy a quiet holiday not far away from the airport with not too many restaurants and near a beach.

I can only comment on the beach, Its big and all sand and walking out to sea is shallow with no big ridges.
Very nice beach in my opinion.

It sounds like Sarigerme will be just right for you then. Very small town, 10 mins or so from airport & a huge sandy stunning beach. There are a  couple of huge all inclusives. The beach away from these is mainly used by Turkish people and drinks, snacks & pancakes are really cheap.
Not much else though! I love going for the day but personally would find it boring for any longer.

How about Akyaka. We love it there. Small town, lovely beach and there is a small marina for boat trips. It's not far from the airport either.

There is Hotel Ekincik which is a small hotel and very quiet location on a beach.

37 trips to the toilet

Victoria Shaw who is 11 caught salmonella. Her dad, Mark, caught campylobacter - an intestinal illness often caused by undercooked meat or cross-contamination of food. Mark said he was so ill he couldn't climb the stairs and on one day he went to the toilet 37 times.

First Choice is trying to get to the bottom of the problem

Classic!
