He certainly isnt in the dock,he has been arrested and released on bail whilst enquiries continue.These enquiries may find him innocent as the law in this country is still innocent until proved guilty beyond all reasonable doubt.So come on lets not be judge and jury,I hope none of the people casting judgement without the full facts are ever in the same position.
