I don't care who owns Liverpool Football Club. As a football fan I want to see their hugely paid players to understand what it means to put on a Liverpool shirt and to give 100% for one of the best set of supporters in the world. TIA

Taken from todays Sun

Ferguson also feels Chelsea's position at the top is slightly false thanks to the fixture list.

He said: "If you look at Chelsea's start to the season, you'd have expected them to have won all those games.

"Meanwhile, we've had tricky trips to Fulham and Everton and played Liverpool at home."

I think Chelsea,s posistion at the top is mainly false because of a man called (Drop down Drogba)if someone breaks wind at one end of the pitch, drogba falls down at the other end and gets awarded a free kick or penanlty.:D:D

Im a big man u fan and Des you do talk some rubbish at times...Chelsea's position at the top is because they have won all but 1 game this season as a team.. Its not just Drogba scoring or getting fouled ..

Also fergie's statement is somewhat random..:D

Chelsea's position at the top is entirely due to the fact they are owned by a billionaire and money is no object in buying players and paying their wages. He will also always soak up the debts they incur.  Man.City are also in the same lucky position, how many clubs could afford to pay players £200,000 per week?  I heard this week that their owner is worth 20 billion!!!
Pity their wasn't a couple of spare billionaires wanting to buy Liverpool & Man U. :)
