I remember a trip i did a few years ago to pakistan. Much the same type of toilet and the return trip back to UK was on a brand new Boeing 747. A few sherberts on the way back and a snooze sorted out the 7 hour flight.
However upon waking up and on approach to Manchester there was a disgusting stench coming from the rear of the plane and the insides were an absolute mess of food slung everywhere and nappies strewn all over too. Upon landing we had to sit still on the plane while the stewardess degunged the plane with some spray before anyone could get off. But what took the biscuit was the state of the western toilets that had been used by the 'locals' just like home. There were nappies, tampons (used!) and S & P (work it out urself) all over the interior as they stood on the seat to point and shoot! up the walls in the sink - just about everywhere!! Needless to say the plane had to be grounded and impounded for two weeks to be cleaned!!!
