phone problems

Has anyone else having problems with the landline phones in the Tasyaka area. We have internet connection, but no phone connection.
Any suggestions please.

If it's a cordless try unplugging everything & reconnecting. It may just have got itself confused!

We have tried that, as we tried it before and it worked. However this time we have still got nothing. When someone rings, it lights up and the caller id shows, but nothing rings. I have also tried another phone in that and another socket, but still nothing.
