Bankers
« on: October 05, 2012, 11:18:58 AM »
Despite my advancing years I still work, will have to consider returement completely as approaching the dual century.

Sometimes have meetings in the City of London and go for a drink with colleagues or clients afterwards and am amazed at the terrible impact that recession and restrictions have had on the Financial sector. We all know how this is, or is going to, impact our pensions!

I have tried to get a drink and ended up going somewhere else as the staff were simply overwhelmed with the hordes of Bankers buying "another bucket of Peroni please" and "2 more Bollinger if you would".

Obviously saving money and repaying us for bailing them out has had a serious effect and these responsible people really are suffering and really care about the Country.

NO! THEY ARE STILL GETTING HUGE SALARIES, BONUS'S, ETC. ON OUR MONEY!

There is a collective term for Bankers, much like Gaggle of Geese, or Pride of Lions, it is --------------------------

A Wunch!  Yes, a Wunch of Bankers!

Join my Revolution, Burn the Town Hall, Blow up Parliament, take to the streets!

"Grey Power"!

There would be no need for "austerity measures" if the banks were made to pay for the damage they caused. The whole thing is sickening!

I have actually heard them bragging about how they were "bombproof" and the Government wouldnt dare to really stop their Bonus's! Government -- yes --- I remeber when we used to have one of those that made decisions and tried to grow the economy. last one around 1970's! Since then either loadsamoney or loadsaloans.

Rise up Mes Enfants!

Feel better now  :)
