Mangals

Tried the new Mangals last night. The restaurant itself looks stylish. But if you can't get cheese rolls right! (soggy). Main courses were ok but nothing to write home about. Hopefully it was a one off.

Went in Mangal on Tuesday night. Four of us had fantastic meal 2 steak meals 1 stroganoff and one lamb shank all beautifully cooked and presented. Maybe you were unlucky or we were lucky! Will go again.

Which Mangal restaurant did you both go to ? the old (refurbished one) or the old B52 one ?

The old B52 one has now dropped the Mangal name.

B52 and Mangal never did sit well together in my opinion.  There is nothing inviting about the place and I wouldn't be tempted in to eat by the guy with the long hair, bare chest and big boots!
