Bargain for Gardeners
« on: March 08, 2017, 17:52:12 PM »
Our local B.&.Q have some plants etc., reduced and they  had a couple of 5ft Olive Trees (potted)  reduced to £13.00 each.  We bought one think we may go back and see if the other one is there tomorrow.  Lots of gardening things reduced such as weedkiller and lawnfeed, we stocked up on that.   Miscellaneous equipment,  display models i.e. Power Washer no box £22.00. There was also as strimmer and a couple of lawmowers.  ;D  ;)

16 hours a week it's hard work, but it pays for the cruises. 10% discount for over 60s on a Wednesday. ;-)

As Phil spends quite a lot of his time in B.&.Q.  I have suggested to him he gets a job there, then he would walk around all the rows for hours and get paid for it.  However, he tells me that people bothering him would be annoying as he would not get the time to enjoy walking around... :o
Incidentally, he is there just now.    ;) :-\
