I wonder if any attack on syria by america will result in airlines not flying to turkey or cyprus.
I saw today that certain flights to eastern europe were rerouting for the next 72 hours.

Airlines have been rerouting rather than fly over parts of Syria for about four and a half years.  Just a pity they didn't do the same in the Ukraine...

If it escalates then yes, you may see some airlines modifying their schedules, especially KLM who are a bunch of ****bags when it comes to conflicts - says he who ended up stranded in Istanbul airport for twelve hours because the KLM staff didn't want to fly to Turkey during GW2.
