gill thinks that a leather sofa might look nice in our place at Ovacik but I cant recall seeing any when we were last in the area. Are they not a good idea in a hot climate? or don't the shops sell modern?
any advice much appreciated,
gill & mike

had not thought of that angle. Sun oil might be a problem as well but could have leather that is already brown.

hello

my sisters moved over to Turkey last year and took their leather sofas with them from the uk, have been great and no problems at all, if anything a little cold in winter but they also took some lovely fur throws too so solved that one.

good luck

if you are going to buy leather sofa, check out the treatment the hide has on it, if you sit on aniline leather with sun tan oil it will mark, you will need a sealed surface.also worth treating your leather with a cleaning cream which will help prevent cracks.
