Sorry to see Hobbs had trouble with the authorities and shop closed, apparently packaging not conforming to rules.

We had some superb soss's and burgers delivered to us instead by the lovely scareylady (I presume).

Hope they overcome difficulties.  Any news anyone?

I spoke to Lesley who says it is only a brief closure and they will be open within the week. Authorities want printed labels, not hand written, it seems.
Still a great product.

Hi everyone

Just to update you all ..... Yes the shop is closed for the next week or 2 due to the problem above... labels and a couple of other minor issues with new regulations.... like having to have a university degree to make sausages!!!!  All of this is in hand and we will be open again very soon.  If anyone needs sausages or burgers in the mean time you can call us on 0538 368 0821 and we shall deliver to your door.  Sorry for any inconvienience or misunderstanding.

Lesley and Steve

PS working on the veggie stuff soon
