So now he will go to Sky for megabucks - they have wanted the Top Gear format for years.

As stated on BBC News today, Top Gear is syndicated to the Beeb, so cannot be " sold" to, or otherwise traded off to any other company !! Clarkson owned 50% of the entire Top Gear business, until 2 years ago, when he sold it for an unpublicised sum, many, many £millions , it is believed , but still behaves as though he is the sole owner. The man is a total embarrassment to manners and decorum, and a buffoon !!

I'm sure SKY could formulate another 'motoring show' for him though (but I wouldn't watch it !!)

I've heard he's already in negotiations to present a revival of "It's A Knockout!"

Whichever way this develops it's going to cost the BBC millions in lost revenue.

When I first read about the allegation of Jeremy Clarkson getting upset about the catering I could not help laughing. It reminded me of an episode of "Yes Prime Minister", when Jim Hacker could not get anything to eat and was trying to have a chef employed for his own use.
KKO,yes thank you for your walk. In fact I think I did more than one and arrived back safely.

Who cares??  I think the most important news today is that Duckenfield has finally admitted he lied 26 years ago.  It was only today he said sorry.   This is just to save his own skin.  He should be jailed.

I think the petition's a good idea. We haven't had an accurate idiot count in the country for quite a while.
