Kipa (Tesco) coming to Fethiye!

Kipa (Tesco) are going to build a new store in Fethiye. Sorry don't know when, but i'm trying to find out....(info is from an official source in Fethiye - not just a rumour)

It's going to be just up from the new Otogar (where the fruit and veg wholesale area is)

I haven't been to one yet (closest is the relatively new one at Marmaris) but it's supposed to be cheaper than migros etc.

On Calis market they say as cheap as asda, but in kipa they would have to say as cheap as azda, wouldn't they. Alan

I'd always heard that that area was going to be a sports/leisure centre - Oh well guess we will have to wait and see.

It was on the cards to build a shopping mall/superstore there about 18 months ago but first they had to build an alternative out of town site for the fruit and veg wholesalers to move to.....to the best of my knowledge that has not been started. So don't hold your breath.

They finished the out of town wholesalers last year , one of my friends brothers was the overseer for the building.
